		<description>Thanks for these tips. I like to use Digital Point because the variety of designs and the price. I also like how quickly I can get a design. Keep in mind that you'd pay hundreds of dollars and it can take weeks with a regular designer.  

I also suggest giving the runner up $5 just for entering the contest. That way if they're good they will be incentived to participate again. Plus some will give you your design (which I feel is ethical to always pay, even if you offer $5).

		<description>I do not condone this, but what's better is starting these contests and saving all those banner/logo/images that have no copyright in them, so you can use later on for free ;)

People at DP charge a GRIP if you want a good logo, so it's useless now for a logo contest. Hire a designer and it would be cheaper. I had a flash header done for $30 not too long ago.
