Most of my sites are turnkeys that needs little or no updating (really) of course you have to set it up and build some links to it. I promote fusion cash which is very similar and get paid a flat rate per lead. My other sources of passive income is kontera, adsense, comission junction and many other pay per lead programs. In my opinion it's much easier to make a passive income without selling anything. Lead generation is the easy way to go! What is the pay rate for cash rate for referrals?
