		<description>Before you even start any site, it's helpful to create a list of keywords that you are targetting (surprising how easy it is to forget these after a few months).  Another useful tip is to have a short list of theme words to include in your articles (theme words are those you'd expect to see in your niche.  e.g. niche:- diabetes, theme words, blood sugar, testing, diabetic, diet).</description>
