True, visitors from normal Websearch are better, but my image visitors are targeted enough to click on Adsense

In Google Analytics is shows up as images.google.com or images.google.co.uk (or wherever you get the traffic from). As far as I can tell Google images doesn’t give the exact URL, but mybloglog tracking does.

Image search can bring in lots of non converting traffic, if you are posting what the masses are searching for.

how do you know your getting traffic from google images?
what exactly is the referring URL?

I have been teaching image optimization to my clients for years and practice it myself.

I use the Title tag if I am linking from the image as well.

One of my biggest downfalls is that I don’t use images enough. I know I should be using them on every post but sometimes I just can’t seem to find an image that fits the post.

I am working on that though.

Right now I have G images blocked, but when I allowed it to index it brought maybe 10-15 visits per day.
