2 Hours Of Blogging In 2 Minutes

I recorded myself for 2 hours blogging and using the web for blog related purposes. This is what it looks like speeded up into 2 minutes. Keep watching because just over half way it gets crazy!

Let me know what you think of it and please give a few seconds to rate it on YouTube.

Wow! You would probably crack up laughing if you saw my 2 hours of blogging, but you would have to record more than just my screen.

You know all the pee pee breaks and trying to click while holding a 2 year old. It would be entertaining.

You do do a lot of forums and social stuff though it is interesting.

Thanks…

Great idea there Matt !

I tried my best to read your subscription list on G reader. But failed :( And also am worried that i didn’t see you reading my blog. :) But that’s OK.

You almost did the same things that i do online (except some sites you visited on reader)

I may give it a try too later some time. Great video. Rated.

Cheers!
Mani

Great video matt! Talk about a real life case study! Seeing things like this always help people and make them feel they are not alone doing those same things. Very appreciated! Even though 2 hours in 2 minutes do not allow to get the actions taken in details. That’s the difference between you and my own style.
Continue!….

Which kind of software have you used to do this video?

Comment by Matt Jones | 2007-09-03 16:47:32

I’m really glad everyone liked it so much, I going to try my best to make screencasts a weekly event.

Andreas, I used iShowU, its for Macs and cost $20. This is where I downloaded it from:

Hope that helps :)

Wow. Sorry but I think it just shows what a waste of time it is. As for being creative…well I see nothing creative in leaving a screen recorder on whilst you surf the internet copying and pasting information from one place to another!
Blogging about blogging about blogging ad infinitum.
Is this really what the internet is amounting to?
Weird.

I think this a pretty cool video and just goes to show how much time you can spend blogging, which is one reason why I’ve had to stop posting everyday, I just didn’t have the time for it after being at work all day!
